@walmarthelp day 32 with no help. How do I get help with the spark app? The support number does not know how to help and always says someone will call me.

Day 33. No help. Still not able to work. Love how these companies treat their contractors.

@walmarthelp day 32 of no support or help from Spark/walmart technical support for this damn app. How is one supposed to get support when they call the support line are told they escalated it and I will get a call back?

@walmarthelp All this does is create another ticket that is escalated and ignored.

@walmarthelp I am now on Day 21 of no help from spark or Walmart. I have been told it is escalated to the support team and they will call me. This is not an App issue. How long do I need to wait to get help? I am unable to work until spark fixes the issue. Can someone please contact me to get this fixed.

@walmarthelp day 19 with no help from Walmart or spark technical support. Calling the support number is pointless when they all say the same thing and need to escalate it, only to never get help from technical support.
