@RailMadad @DRMBilaspur Very poor train timing. I m travelling in train no. 20972 Train is at bilaspur and halting since 1 hour. And total 6 hours late. This is a weekly train and earlier also constantly running late, we are suffering in train with out any reason. Kindly respond

@trackonindia very poor service and rough response from satna MP location courier center, bhopal center and customer care center. Bathinda center told that he will deliver courier at amarpatan but after reaching at satna center they called me they will not send it to location
