Roasted red pepper, tomato & butternut squash soup: I roasted red peppers, butternut squash and garlic. This was then added to a food processor along with a can of tomatoes. This was then served with toasted fresh bakers bread, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and mixed seeds.

Creamy Paprika Pork: pork shoulder slow cooked with paprika & garlic, with basmati rice and Savoy cabbage. The cooking juices were then reduced and mixed with double cream to make this tasty and indulgent dinner.

Seared Flank Steak Flatbread: a took a Lebanese sour dough flatbread and topped this with a tomato & aubergine purée. Then added Parmesan and mozzarella which was grilled and topped with caramelised onions and peppers. Finished with flank/Bavette steak & rocket.
