Can't believe that @JustEatUK can get away with delivering the wrong food order and @AskPayPal ruled in their favour and close the case. Be wary folks when thinking of using these two services.

Hi @MartinSLewis, ever come across this scenario with @JustEatUK before? They, take order, take money then deliver wrong order and hold me liable. No refund or store credit offer and tell me not to contact them again as they're closing the case. @MoneySavingExp

After being escalated up the chain of command I'm still being held liable for them delivering the wrong order to me leaving me without my dinner and out of pocket. Nice email which effectively told me not to bother contacting them again. Will be deleting the @JustEatUK app

Be wary of @JustEatUK who seem to operate an 'order & pay for what you want but get what you're given' policy. Spent £15 but, 45mins after original stated delivery time, end up with wrong order completely, which was also cold, and had my compensation claim rejected.

Love watching #ImACeleb but it does get boring when same person does every trial. Maybe in 2025 could try ⬇️ ➡️ do 2x trials consecutively & exempt from the next vote ➡️ alternate trials between viewer votes and campmate votes Great work again though @antanddec 👏
