@zoroisloml Also I’m not dissing the sport at all, I’m actually a fan. I’m just referring to the general American view of the sport. I will say though, soccer is definitely much more popular with the younger people and is gaining popularity. But the sport really isn’t in its infancy here.

@vvavebirth @zoroisloml Compared to the major sports here, soccer/football is much lower scoring and played at a slower pace. Things like shot clocks and downs force our sports to play with more urgency and creates more possessions. No game here can end 0-0 either, which is another major complaint.
