@IG_NPS What of this?? C.I.E Ouma base commander,Mwingi Everyday he arrests vehicles , he doesn't channel them to the right route, a route to count.The motorists are at his mercy. He asks 3 to 4k bribe . He is always on road alone with a toyota Fielder nicknamed #GOODLUCK.

@IG_NPS Our main challenge is C.I.E Ouma base commander,Mwingi Everyday he arrests vehicles , he doesn't channel them to the right route, a route to count.The motorists are at his mercy. He asks 3 to 4k bribe . He is always on road alone with a toyota Fielder nicknamed #GOODLUCK
