@gas_biz @realEstateTrent It is when the person aging in place starts to rent out rooms. I’m seeing it now.

@realEstateTrent Oops, meant to type ‘individual’ room rentals, not Indian room rentals.

@realEstateTrent I’m seeing a lot of large homes turning to Indian room rentals. Kind of makes sense since a $2.25M, 3,200 sq ft home would have a very large down payment or monthly mortgage at current rates. This is changing the neighborhoods.

@mntnmn117 @realEstateTrent Downsizing was the normal pattern in the past before sub 4% mortgages. If that 4% is for a 30 year, why not think about passing it down to the children’s future family. No pressure to sell because the mortgage payments are cheaper than comparable rent.

@shawngorham Try using ChatGPT, Jasper, or Einstein on the content that’s been provided for an optimized version based on what your friend is trying to accomplish (email, mobile, social media, etc). Or have one of those services create new marketing material and compare to what he got

@texasrunnerDFW @RMSGarey @shawngorham What if the buyer has so much cash and wanted it in a historically safe asset? The cash buyers I’ve met have other businesses/investments that are producing a lot of cash and looking for diversification.

@JulieChangRE Looks like Megacity in the Judge Dredd movie. Hope flushable wipes are illegal in China.

@JulieChangRE @dtmorgan18 Yeah, why else did an unused blimp hanger (of 7 years) catch fire in the middle of the night?

@GeorgeGlennonG2 @KenjiCapital Wonder if someone would try and sell cemetery plots in that park to die hard Arsenal fans.

@moseskagan Is this what you’d expect with government backed fire insurance as well?

@ando_arashi @bhallcpa He’s a trained marketing person. His mom is a CPA and has a practice (Karla Dennis). Karlton seems to have found his niche as the marketer for taxes.

@isaaccbennett @shawngorham Never underestimate the frugality of the self made wealthy. I still remember a CEO of a fortune 200 company giving us (his support staff) a free drink coupon on United for Christmas.

@TRIGGERHAPPYV1 Someone died at a Costco near me back when gas nearly hit $7 a gallon a few years ago. During a fight, a guy fell down and hit his head on the ground. He died that day. Really sad to explain that to loved ones.

@shawngorham I remeber hearing about this and giving my Jewish co-worker a kosher Chinese cook book as a gift. I think he liked it, although it’s probably a lot easier to just eat out.

@CoachChadCarson Wouldn’t I want to take the $2.5M today and double it everyday like I would starting out with a penny? 🤣

@realEstateTrent A lot of people I meet tell me they have $300K in cash. Weird.

@TripleNetInvest Does office occupancy return when employers have the upper hand to force people (who do not have other employment options) back into the office?

@girdley I read something about frequent travelers wearing fishing vests to have quickly accessible pockets for travel documents and essentials. Is that a real thing?
