Maybe having the FAA NOTAM database rebuilt manually, one crane and unlit tower at a time, will help them realize how inefficient and clunky the system actually is. 🤷‍♂️

#OnThisDay in 2003 a @British_Airways #Concorde made its last commercial flight, from @JFKairport to @HeathrowAirport, full of celebs & frequent Concorde flyers, touching 1350mph (2173km/h) en route. Great & IMHO very moving short film by @BBCArchive.

20 Years ago today at this exact moment @stojanmarion - then a Commercial student, and myself a CFI were doing maneuvers over central NJ about 30 miles south of Manhattan. The towers were clearly visible. I remember commenting: is that a fire? Things would never be the same
