“How We Step Out From Lekki, Lagos Now.”😩

"Nobody ever conceived the idea of state police to sort out security. If the police, military, cannot solve security situations in Nigeria, I wonder how the state police will be able to do that. All that we know is that the president and governors are looking for state police before the elections so that they can use them as political thugs to attack the opposition." — Buba Galadima

Entered BRT this evening and I couldn’t get a seat so I had to stand, I was already angry because the rain messed the day up, few minutes into the journey and this man brought out his penis and started urinating inside a plastic bottle inside the bus. Can you imagine ? 😡😡

Our landlord said nobody should install solar panels on his roof. Six months ago, a solar installer moved into our compound and begged the landlord to allow him to install solar for his apartment. The landlord agreed, but on one condition: "You'll pay ₦650,000 instead of ₦600,000." The man agreed, paid the money, and installed the solar panels. After three months, the landlord noticed that the tenant always had electricity, even when everyone else was in darkness. So he met the installer and asked him to help him install a solar system that wasn't too expensive. The installer gave him the correct list of materials and told him the installation fee was ₦250,000, but he would charge him ₦300,000 instead. The landlord looked at him and said, "You're a very wicked person."

Gov. Uba Sani: The current opposition in Nigeria, are they really fighting the ruling party because they believe in Nigeria? It's all about their personal interests. In the last three months, they have been jumping from one party to another, looking for a platform. These guys are not serious.

The man who supplies bottled water on my street hired five men to offload 1,500 packs, but something unexpected happened Before the five men arrived, the man's sales boy and two other boys had already offloaded 500 packs. The man paid them for the work they did. The five men then arrived and offloaded the remaining 1,000 packs. After they finished, they insisted that the man should pay them for all 1,500 packs because that was what they had originally agreed on. The man explained that he hadn't asked his sales boy and the other two boys to start offloading the water. They did it on their own because he wasn't around. The five men said that if he wasn't going to pay them for 1,500 packs, they would rather leave without collecting any money. I watched all five of them walk away angrily, refusing to accept payment for the 1,000 packs they actually offloaded. But why were they demanding payment for work they didn't do? Who do you think was wrong—the man or the five men?

SAPA made me get 3 professional certifications in just 4 months and it was intense. I knew overcoming sapa in my life wouldn’t happen by luck or ordinary effort. I had to do something to leave that stage forever. I started noticing several job openings with amazing offers, but there was one common requirement..professional certifications. That became my turning point. I studied like crazy. YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and Chrome were practically the only apps on my phone. Days turned into nights. Sleepless nights, discipline, consistency, and relentless studying became my routine. After 4 intense months, I earned all 3 certifications. If you truly want to overcome sapa, invest in yourself. Build valuable skills. Go for certifications like PMP, CISSP, CFA, Security+, or GRC-related certifications. Use YouTube wisely. Stop using it only for entertainment. It has powerful resources where you can learn almost anything...oftware development, cybersecurity, finance, data analysis, and more. Apply for jobs. There are remote opportunities that can pay you far more than illegal ventures ever will and with peace of mind, dignity, and long-term growth. Upgrade yourself. Your next opportunity may just be one skill, one certification, or one decision away.

Why a woman's body rejects intimacy after every conflict ? It isn't moodiness, it isn't punishment. Her nervous system is defending itself. When conflict happens, the brain doesn't hear an argument, it hears danger, so protection kicks on. Unresolved tension piles up, sadness and disappointment. Dopamine drops, desire fades, serotonin gets unstable, anxiety starts rising, cortisol and prolactin go up, stress hormones that shut down feminine arousal, oxytocin drops too. That is why intimacy disappears. A woman does not separate her body from her heart. For her, desire needs emotional safety first. So when she pulls away, it is not a deliberate denial. It is her biology trying to protect her. If you want the spark back, don't push her body. Rebuild safety first. Repair the emotional tear. Bring the tension down.

I entered a keke this afternoon and was the only passenger. The driver looked young, neat, and handsome. I asked how much it would cost to buy a keke and hand it over to a rider. "₦5–6 million," he said. Then I asked how much he makes. "₦20,000–₦35,000 daily savings." That caught my attention. So I said: "Can I have your phone number?" The man immediately replied: "I'm married." I nearly laughed.🧐🧐

My cousin's husband transferred ₦2 million into her account and told her to resign from her ₦300,000-per-month government job to focus on the children. Her father objected. He reminded her of how hard he had worked to secure the job for her. She later resigned. Whenever she asked her husband for money, he would say: "What happened to the ₦2 million I gave you?" He eventually stopped bringing money home altogether. Seven years later, he suffered a stroke and lost his job. Now, my cousin is 47 years old, job hunting with a third-class degree, no recent work experience, and no marketable skills💔

I lent my neighbour ₦20,000 in August last year after she showed up at my flat by 6 a.m. promising to pay me back the next day. A week later, she was still "sorting things out," so I stopped asking. This year, she started rearing and selling chickens. A few days ago, I bought two chickens from her at ₦13,500 each. After she delivered them, I sent her ₦7,000 and told her to deduct the remaining ₦20,000 from the debt she'd owed me for months. Now she's telling everyone in the compound that I scammed her. 😂 The funniest part? Anywhere she sees me now, she starts singing one strange song😔

There was a guy in my area who won ₦16 million from betting when he was just 15 years old. His mum sold garri and gave him ₦3,000 to deliver garri to a customer. Instead, this boy used the money to place a bet. I still remember that evening. The moment he realized he had won, he ran to the front of their house screaming and, out of excitement, scattered his mum's garri everywhere. The whole neighborhood came out to celebrate. His father almost had a heart attack when he heard the amount: ₦16 million! Not long after, they moved out of our area to a better neighborhood, and today his mum owns one of the biggest garri stores in Port Harcourt. Sometimes I think about it and laugh. Imagine if that ticket had cut. Dem for flog craze comot for him body 😂
