@Jonno129 Unfortunately this ticket isn't valid via London Victoria, but you can take a Southern service from London Bridge at 22:40 and change at East Croydon for the 23:06 train to Brighton. Alternatively, there's a 23:09 direct train from London Blackfriars. ^Van

If that train leaving late delayed one other it can create a knock on effect. I don't know your route but I do know about delay attribution. Many times delays caused by me have caused 1000s of minutes. So I stopped waiting for passengers running from other services.
