Day 2 Completed of a 5KM run every day this month to raise awareness of mental health. Bit of a rant today but truly don’t understand how people can put others down and dismiss mental health. It’s SERIOUS and needs to be talked about more. Speaking is hard but the best option❤️

Just bumped into my old French teacher. She asked me what I was up to now, so I told her I go to the cinema and play football with my brother.
Things are always better with an explanation. Phoned clinic, spoke to secretary who was very understanding. ADHD app in Jan will be a proper assessment, longer than one originally offered so might turn out better. Also if app comes up sooner, will be notified. Feel better now
