@BarclaysUKHelp You gave me a number we have tried on 3 occassions in the last few months. We've had members of bank staff attempt to call this number on the client's behalf too. It is never answered. We've written to Barclays mortgages (in April) and not received any response. What next?
Help @Barclays . Client had mortgage in 1980's. You took a charge over his pension. Mortgage finished a long time ago. He is now in his 70's, needs his pension and has been trying for over a year to get you to remove the charge. How can this be so difficult? Who do we talk to?
