Die Hard is a Christmas trauma movie: #OTD in 1988, the attack at Nakatomi Plaza occurred. Det. John McClane killed 10 members of the Gruber Gang. I estimate that 5 of 10 had the potential to be salvaged with modern trauma care. One would have needed BLE tourniquets... (1/2)
