Both of my parents are deceased. To get my #Autism diagnosis, I initially asked my aunt and uncle to complete the parent questionnaire(s) They haven't spoken to me since. I made it awkward by mentioning mental health. I'm not sorry.

Any other #ActuallyAutistic #adhd people out there feel like they don't/can't fit in anywhere? Whether neurotypical or neurodivergent, everyone misunderstands or shuns you? Too much. Too sensitive. Too alien 👽 for this planet. Too alien, even for the other aliens.

What if the answer to "Who am I?" is always "I don't know"? That has been my experience. I'm so many things, and also nothing. Never one thing or the other. It's always been a barrier to directing energy wisely.
