@Manf0712 @NickFent @jkass99 Except in this case the “right thing” is criminal charges, which Dems and the DOJ will refuse to move on. “Show hearings that secure book deals and future jobs for everyone while letting them all off the hook to do it again but worse next time” is not the right thing.

@martingoldrick @tswirly @katewillett Clinton and her entire team were smart enough to know how the electoral college works, and decided they didn’t care and couldn’t be arsed to campaign anywhere in Michigan but the places that were already safe districts for her. Clinton lost the election herself.

@PamelaSahl @GunOwners You’re so lost in your own head that you think I’m pro-GOP? Fuck the GOP, and fuck Dems too. 2 sides of the same fascist coin. J6 happened because Republicans sided with fascists and Dems appease them. Why you would choose to disarm the left wall against that is a mystery.

@PamelaSahl @GunOwners The militia exists whether it’s called up or not. That’s the entire point of militia. It’s the citizens ready to fight in defense of the nation. Your problem is that you think the government will always be in charge and will always be benevolent, and fascism won’t take power.

@PamelaSahl @GunOwners You want to argue that mass murderers are part of the “well-regulated militia” as some sort of gotcha, but there’s no gotcha. They cease being part of the militia the moment they commit a crime. And because this isn’t Minority Report, we don’t penalize future crimes.

@PamelaSahl @GunOwners You could make an (I’d say misguided, ageist, and sexist) argument that old people and women should be disarmed, but the law clearly defines the unorganized militia, which is also “well-regulated” per contemporary understanding of “well-regulated” which meant “in working order.”

"You don't need a wea--" Yeah, what I don't need is someone with zero experience telling me what my defensive needs are.

@RobMcDonagh @LatinoRifleOrg @deviantollam Almost as if funding police doesn’t actually help. It’s not a magic rifle. Cops simply don’t exist to help anyone.

@ArtyFrayn @zayneolive @Krucible_Gaming @SkillUpYT The Democrats aren’t progressive in the US. They’re center-right with a bit of center-left marketing.

@UberTimmeh nice of you to take the high ground but that first line deserves a public airing.

I am physically sick to my stomach. Council just approved a ban on CCW in parks that'll justify racial profiling & responding guns drawn to allegations of a gun. No proof needed. No data backing this ban except that last year Black ppl had the highest rate of CCWs approved.Shame

@gower_bob @DaleKeter @BriannaWu You had an opportunity to create the very kind of safe space the poster needs but instead you chose to make an anti-leftist joke and go with “flat out ridiculous.” Way to go, Bob.

@BriannaWu In addition to being the places we can have the most impact, they’re also the places we can move the needle and build systems. Simply going after guns is both the wrong approach and the losing approach, particularly as we drift towards outright fascism.

@BriannaWu Isolation and desperation are the first places to look. Poverty. Poor access to healthcare. Limited educational/vocational opportunity. Lack of social services. Lack of mental health services. Personal or family trauma. Solving for those issues is the best starting point.

@ChrispyBites @brooklynmarie It ain’t gonna get any easier down the road if the Plan A is just give the seat to the fascists. ‘Cause the only Plan B at that point is [REDACTED]
