Not gonna lie, best government website I have ever used. You just type your address, click one button, and they send some tests. Many said this could not be done, for some reason. And yet—behold! covidtests.gov
Just one month ago many were asking "how could it be possible" or "how would we distribute the tests". Well you make a website, and you give a bunch of tests to the government-owned national distribution company that already makes deliveries to nearly every home every day.
I tested this by reordering for my building with a different unit, and it let me check out. But tbh, they should just use the honor system. If someone is abusing it, seems like it would be obvious to the mail carrier. x.com/nataliesurely/…

Fwiw my building is a 5-unit in Brooklyn. Seen people speculating on whether building size impacts this.
@PEWilliams_ I'm wondering if putting your apartment # in the first or second line makes a difference.
@PEWilliams_ We ordered kits for our 93 yr old Aunt and her best friend. Both have their own apartments in a senior living facility. We used our email address to track each one. No Problems.
@PEWilliams_ 9 digit ZIP (aka ZIP+4) is not enough to cover all addresses within a ZIP so my guess is they're running into an issue with those addresses
@PEWilliams_ Maybe I was the first in my building, but mine is a very large building in Brooklyn and it allowed me to order to my unit. A workaround is to place the unit number in the address 1 field (I dis not need to do this).
@PEWilliams_ i ordered to a college campus p.o. box and it worked fine
