~3 hours, 6 unhelpful reps, 2 absent supervisors, 2 @VerizonSupport reps, 1 decent supervisor & life story, to actually get a Financial Service team member for @verizonfios. Thankfully Claudia was able to assist. #GoodProduct #CrappyCustomerService #PleaseNextHomeNotRequireFios

@rhapsodieenBLEU Life gets much less stressful and health (physical & mental) can start to improve. Quality friendships over quantity should be the goal. If you want to talk about it you can give me a call, been through it. Difficult but worth it in my opinion.

I may like the services provided but the customer service experience with @verizonfios leaves a lot to be desired. Over an hour with 4 different representatives, disconnected once and still not solved. Plus the chat function on the website takes so long the account times out.

@UHC Just wondering how you all make decisions on whether to approve or deny therapy visits. Because there are visits remaining on my plan for the year but future visits are denied. Thought insurance was there to be used when needed and/or prescribed.

Thursday at Fair Lakes, VA store, asked a question got attitude, another employee tried to help but was short. Friday at @BestBuy in Dickson City, PA the @GeekSquad gent was helpful, worked with coworkers to solve issue, & seemed to enjoy his job! A better experience all around.

It's the second "busy season" of the year. Officially not because there is a due date in a week, but rather work is invading my dreams again. #TaxDeadlines #QuarterlyEstimates #SundayIsAWorkday

When the text alert dings and you get excited thinking it's someone responding back and it turns out to be a traffic alert. #disappointed

New method for killing bugs. Hum the Jaws theme while doing so, it will do two things. 1) Hide the crunch factor sound and 2) let them know of their impending doom. #PostTaxSeaonDiscussion #DistractedAtWork #BestCoworkers #RLM

Lucky to have such great coworkers who are willing to drop me off and pick me up while I'm still unable to drive. #blessed #RLM

The joy and trouble of filling out performance evaluations. Having to write positive things about your coworkers = joy. Having to fill out my own = troubling. Time to crank out 5 before completing my own....
