@British_Airways So apparently it was not IT issues, it is because I have been out on standby because the efficient British Airways have oversold the flight. This was obviously know yesterday hence why my wife could check in but I could not!!!!!

@British_Airways Yes, my wife has ready checked in as she was on a different booking. Tried her device, same message. Meant to be a leading force in air travel, hopefully your planes are better maintained than your IT systems!!!

@British_Airways Appreciate there is a policy, these were business class flights which I had to, was happy to pay the cancellation fee of £70. But losing over £200 for the seats just seems a bit inconsiderate, but expect nothing more from a second rate airline these days. Happy Easter

@British_Airways another amazing experience, NOT. Cancelled flights due to unexpected family emergency and seats over £200 not refunded due to policy!!! Such an understanding airline, NOT.

@Ryanair are you actually going to cancel flight FR287 to DUB from STN? I have a funeral to be at on Monday morning at 10am and need to know if I am going to get there?

@SpursOfficial your catering team are the most disengaged group of staff I have ever come across. Sure you can get your catering partner to improve this. So slow and don’t care, no engagement at all.

@oasis why do you not cancel any ticket put up for resale at a profit and donate the ticket price to charity, then put the ticket back up for sale for the people who actually want to go?

@British_Airways This is not very helpful, so advising me to sit in an airport for an extra 3 hours, “just in case”. Thanks

@British_Airways can you confirm the Dublin to LCY flight BA4469 is delayed until 19.52 (from 16.50) today? I need to travel to the airport and don’t want to be there for hours waiting around. I also do not want it to change back to an earlier time and miss it!

@BBCMOTD presenters are exactly what is wrong with modern day football. So woke on decisions made in the Man U v Not F, neither were correct and if they were against them when playing would have been going mad!! Please get commentators on who say how it is!!

@British_Airways It has been over 8 weeks, I am out of pocket for the original flights that have not been refunded, travel fares and not to mention compensation. Getting back to me as soon as they can is not very helpful. How do I escalate this?
