Well kudos to @GEICO and Cruise Control Towing. Got stuck in snowbank getting out of the way of a @LowellFireDept truck, they got me out within two hours. Surreal after hearing about a friend’s less exciting outcome with @AAA_Travel.

Amazing utter failure @Grubhub_Care : - Ordered food delivery (priority fee pd) from fast food joint to be delivered to back door of house - 2:36 pm target - Order received ~ 2:05 pm per receipt - Order late 3:20 pm, “delivered” to front door in ripped open bag - Food was cold

@kyzlak . . . The only dependably biased officiating in the NFL is Cowboy’s home games after the Jerry Jones’ checks clear . . .

@D4hz4hn No. Black Adam was a one time appearing character in the original Fawcett runs (Marvel Family 1 I believe), not appearing again until Shazam! 28. Dr. Sivana is his main nemesis. Modern continuity has made Black Adam more a JSA/JLA antagonist.

@Knightinkarma I’m worried that it will take a Chris Benoit moment for that to finally drive home the point to the owners.

@Knightinkarma . . . The treatment of pre-free agent players (Curt Flood, Koufax and Drysdale), bad faith negotiations . . . And the history of moving franchises

@Knightinkarma To be fair, early baseball has is own set of major issues over the decades, with perhaps too much pride in how they’ve overcome some of them (gambling, segregation). The 1899 Cleveland Spiders, 1919 Chicago White Sox, Ty Cobb (picking on him), the reactions to number 42 . . .

@John_ElSuperman Byrne was changing what had been an “ossified” character. I also don’t know how many of the “big” changes (no Superboy or other surviving Kryptonians, crystal Krypton from Donner movies, “buff” Clark) were editorial or Byrne. Loved the art, but wished for Austin inks.
