@EE absolutely shocking customer service. No network in the area due to a mast issue. Not the customers fault. This means no use of phone when at home yet my GF doesn’t get a refund cause she is still able to use the phone else where. Absolute joke of a company.

@OpenreachHelp They say there is nothing we can do as it’s openreach fault. Now you’ve not gave as a slot until December even though your engineer never turned up in the first place. That’s not the service companies fault. Such an unfair system.

@OpenreachHelp why would 1 of your engineers turn up to property and without even attempting to call us just cancel the job!Since the 10th of Oct we’ve been waiting for you to run a line to our house. How is this acceptable. 6th of December is next, 57 days after moving in!

@OpenreachHelp Yeah we have contacted provider and you both, all we ever get told is there is nothing that can be done. Even though I have seen openreach on the street many times literally to the box we need. Very frustrating we are reaching out to Ofcom,58days for a cable to be ran is to long.

@CallofDuty I have never cheated and now I log in for the first time in months and my account is banned. Literally people moan about cheaters in the game yet innocent people are clearly being banned what a load of BS. And my appeal denied without a human even checking.

@ATVIAssist My account has been hacked and I can not unlink this random persons account. Your website for support is unusable, everything is greyed out and can not be selected. This is a joke.

@AdmiralUK I’m trying to simply cancel my renewal. I can not see anyway of doing this online under make a change. I’m not sure why there is not an option to cancel renewal. I can not get through on phone or chat. I do not want this charge coming out of my account can you help?
