@doug_rand : Here is survey results of San Antonio FO being the slowest. 100's of EB applications transferred to this FO even as early as April/May are still not adjudicated. Please help to see what is happening. EB category is not given any priority in this FO.

@doug_rand @USCISDirector : Can you please help to know what's happening with USCIS San Antonio field office. The EB based adjudications are very slow in this FO. 100's of documentarily qualified cases waiting for adjudication since April.

@USCISDirector @USCIS @USCISMediaCntrl : Can the USCIS leadership please, please look at why San Antonio TX field office is totally ignoring Employment Based petitions - there are 100's of cases waiting for adjudication even after responding to medical RFE's.

You have so many pending applications to work.Most of them are current as of now in either EB-3 or EB-2.And, many of them have filed for I-485J TUB. @doug_rand @USCISDirector Can you please check why Nebraska center not following “Transfer of Underline Basis process” I thought you had setup that process to make sure ALL visas are used this year? We need your urgent attention at NSC.

@USCIS NSC cases are stuck in a limbo. You give same canned response everywhere. Even congressional query gets the same response without any research. Is NSC even working these days? @doug_rand When is this movement of transfer of underlying basis cases going to happen from NSC?

@doug_rand June 21, 2022 was first time since October 2020(19 months) when actively Nebraska transferred about 600 apps! Honestly, these files should have been transferred first like a year ago! Better later than never!Can you talk with Nebraska Director what was the cause of it? #wakeupNSC

@USCISDirector @doug_rand PLEASE look at NSC. They are keeping our Eb AOS apps hostage since 2020 Oct. can you check if transfer of underlying basis process working on not? We have waited more than a decade in #GCBacklog . Please call out NSC direct to speed up processing.

@USCISDirector Pls make sure ALL GC are utilized in this FY as last yr's wastage was brutal for immigrants. The retrogression added 11.5 yrs to EB GC wait times for Indians. @USCIS LIN & SRC need to speed up processing & transfer of cases to NBC as less than 5 months left now

I just sent a letter to @SecMayorkas urging him to address the millions of legal immigration backlogs & immediately reopen the @USCIS. The Biden Admin has taken our immigration system and flipped it on its head. We must ensure DHS completes the work it has been assigned to do.
