NSC processed only 3500 in Q1 of 2022! Where as available eb visa r 280k!Sheer negligence of @USCISDirector who keeps making fake promises! But on ground NO visible action!When will i-693/TUB will be processed?

@USCIS @USCISDirector @doug_rand Applicants who have interfiled on june 1st to transfer underlying basis to EB2 along with 485j are still waiting to get receipts . Why are you taking so long to scan/upload and generate receipts ? Please focus on this ASAP ?

@USCIS #Prioritize2020Cases for employment-based AOS adjudication(filed in 2020), we all have TUB 485J receipt generated and our cases are still stuck. It's not fair to adjudicate cases filed in 2021-2022 when ours are still pending @USCISDirector @USCIS #TransferCasestoNBC @doug_rand

@USCIS @USCIS These tweets are just increasing anxiety for applicants. Can you update why thousands of eligible employment based green card applications at Nebraska Service Center are not being adjudicated or transferred? These petitions are pending since Oct-Nov 2020! @doug_rand

@USCIS @USCISDirector @doug_rand please just adjudicate thousands of applications in NSC with all documents including I693. We responded to RFE in 11/2021 and filed applications in 10/2020. Instead of soliciting new applications please put more efforts on adjudicating existing

@USCIS Looks like you are dead set to waste EB visas this year. Today there is barely any movement. Each day adjudication count becoming less and less. How you are saying you are not going to waste, is beyond logic...

@USCIS We don't really see the speed at which I485s are being processed any faster than it was in 2021. We as the applicants are under tremendous pressure and worried that you might as well waste thousands of visa numbers this year as well.

@USCIS @doug_rand Pls expedite transfer & adjudication of cases pending since Oct 2020. Interfile is not resulting in any action. Some people have started refiling which'll worsen chaos & confusion. Can you pls assure us that cases will move out of blackholes at LIN & SRC to NBC soon?

@USCIS Here is a hint. GO TO NSC and check what dungeon did they put Oct 2020 files at . You will find 40K pending cases just there. It will help you maximize utilizing EB visas this year. @doug_rand @USCISDirector @RepZoeLofgren

@USCIS Here we go Again🤦🏻‍♂️.. Open the Lockboxes at NSC before you say you want to use all number. @doug_rand @USCISMediaCntrl @USCIS PLEASE Look at NSC processing. They are not looking at transfer of underline basis EB-3-2 Apps at all.
