I think the reason we all love and enjoy #TakeChargeOfMyHeart is because it gave us a combination of all the old version kdrama elements CEO, shallow plot, cringe fest, comedy and top notch romance and that's what makes a good classic nostalgia romcom
Omg I’ve noticed this too when it comes to wiping away tears when crying . We use our fingertips wipe them but men use their palms, four fingers, back of hand or wrist. It’s so heavy handed
Gender roles and socialisation has such a big impact on so many little things
what even stood out to me in the video is that the machine isn't replacing the paramedics, it's freeing them to do everything else that keeps a resuscitation moving while chest compressions stay consistent and that's the kind of technology i find most impressive, it doesn't replace human skill, it just protects it from human limits yea
In Dubai, a man suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. Responding teams immediately revived him using an advanced CPR device.
The man they just pulled out of a collapsed tunnel in Nepal survived 9 days underground because he stayed behind evacuating the 40 to 50 workers trapped with him. When rescuers finally reached him, his first question was what date it was. Search and rescue doctrine treats 72 hours as the survival window. Past 3 days, dehydration kills most buried people, which is why international teams usually start scaling back around day 4. Sanjay Sah lasted 216 hours. The physics of a flooded hydropower tunnel explain how. Trishuli 3A is a network of chambers that snake up and down inside the mountain, so the flood that sealed the entrance also left air pockets higher in the structure. Humidity near 100% slows the water you lose just by breathing. Rock holds a cool, constant temperature, so you never sweat. And drinkable water is the one thing a flooded tunnel has in abundance. Nearly every survival story that beats the 72-hour window comes down to water access. Reshma Begum lasted 17 days in the Rana Plaza rubble in 2013 on pooled water and dried food she found in the wreckage. Pedrito Dy survived 14 days under a collapsed Baguio hotel in 1990 drinking rainwater that dripped through the debris. Rescuers heard more voices from inside the tunnel Friday morning. Around 115 workers are believed trapped at this one site, roughly 500 across Nepal's flooded hydropower tunnels. Water and temperature are solved down there. Oxygen is the clock. Sah told doctors his job's primary duty is to safeguard everyone's life. He spent 9 days buried proving he meant it.
Two men in Nepal have been rescued after spending 9 days trapped underground. Over a week after the floods, rescuers are still finding people alive beneath the rubble.
As soon as he said 1,643 kids I just burst into tears. What a hero, and what a relief to hear this story amidst this tragedy
His friend from upstream who called him to warn him about the flash floods and his quick thinking and decisive leadership saved the lives of everyone. He basically saved a generation of Nepalese 🙏

Being 10 years old and making your debut in epigenetic trauma research all because you noticed your caterpillars still loved you after becoming butterflies is so profound and poetic and impressive. I love children and their incredible hearts and minds!!!!!!
A 10 year-old boy from Japan discovered that butterflies can remember their time as caterpillars. Jo Nagai noticed his caterpillars still loved him after turning into butterflies, and the affection he had for them led to a genuine scientific discovery.
the purse choreo was fierce as fuck omg
HYOLYN has released ‘ChecK’ on all streaming platforms.
Shes right actually. A very large percentage of women choose not to work and live the housewife life. except that they don't do housework either, the cook cooks and the maids do the cleaning and the laundry while they sleep in, and scroll on their phones and spend 'pocket money'

May we all live long enough to see Afghan women taking revenge against the Taliban and everyone else who was involved in their suffering.
Taliban officially legalise child marriage in a new law after removing the minimum age of 16 years.
"segye fell too fast" do you know he's been yearning for seori for 300 years and his heart has been trying to burst out of his chest with the desperate desire to crawl its way to her ever since they met?
One of the unfortunate side effects of practising islam without an understanding of akhlak is that some muslims often equate cleanliness with morality, totally forgetting about inner spirituality which includes cleansing the heart of ill-will towards others and arrogance.
