Alberta finishes Canada West men’s soccer season allowing just 4 goals in 10 games, fewest in the conference. This is the fewest goals conceded by the Bears in a season of at least 10 games since 1988. GK Liam Collens had 6 clean sheets, including 3 straight to end the season.

So proud of Liam making the list of eligible players for the CPL draft. Lots of hard work on the Field @FoothillsSoccer and in the @Foothills_SSD gym. It takes a village.

@KyleTWN Hi Kyle Try this recipe. You can make it gluten free if you need to. They’re amazing. No butter, flour, sugar or eggs. Takes 10 min to make plus 12 min in the oven. P.S. they’re addictive lol 😆
