Cannabidiol (CBD) enhances verbal episodic memory in young participants; however, more data is needed on this topic – I would not hang your hat on supplementing with CBD oil to improve gaming performance just yet!

It's categorically quicker and easier to achieve a goal if you have someone helping you along the way. Hire that coach. Pay for that course. Investing in yourself always yields the highest return on investment.
