Talk is a start. And must be followed by more mental health resources for struggling youth. ASAP. The wait lists for free & affordable counselling are discouraging & a huge obstacle to restoration of health. They may even make the difference between life & death.

Talk is a good start, but real change needs to go further. There's a lack of available & timely services for youth with mental health challenges. Especially if they're struggling but don't meet the criteria for "crisis" services. More is needed, yesterday!

Good news! We needed this 10-15 yrs ago but better late than even later or never. More slow rehab is definitely needed for older adults. Most rehab programs have targets that are unrealistic for patients w/ complex issues. Their criteria exclude some seniors w/ rehab potential ☹️
