Christian St cleaning was supposed to start today. Some cars moved, most didn’t. Not clean. No tickets even though last week all cars got warning notices. I dont see how this won’t be a fail like the attempt a few months without Alternate sides + consistent tickets.

Question/ask for @PhilaParking if excessive amounts of streets in your zone are under construction & closed off, shouldn’t residents be allowed to park in the nearest zone?
