Been in Cyprus for 2 months now. Sea, sun, training, great food, plenty rest. 0 improvement on my PSSD, if anything I’ve noticed the sun makes certain symptoms noticeably worse. A healthy lifestyle does nothing for PSSD. We need actual targeted pharmaceutical intervention.

SSRI trials are total junk science. Nearly all of them are fewer than twelve weeks long, but psychiatrists, who are not evidence-based at all, put people on them for five years. There are ZERO trials lasting more than one year. Psychiatrists are NOT evidence-based.
