Really awesome race yesterday for Old Quarry teammates Kaida Mescher and Rylee Russell. Going into the summer their PRs were 5:50 and 5:59. Well yesterday they went 5:39 and 5:40!

Some sights from the last two days at the Midwest Club Track & Field Championships!
What a day from Kennedy Ruff yesterday. She ran 14.79 in the 100H smashing a hurdle in the process. Then she came back for the 400H and ran 1:00.90 which is the 7th fastest 400H in IL History!! Which is the 49th fastest time in the country this year and the 27th best returner!!
