Yes, stocks gained this August, still, here's a way to show just how weak September has been. Worst month since 1950, past 10 yrs, past 20 yrs, and 3rd worst in a post-election yr. In fact, Aug and Sept have both been higher in a post-election year only 3 out of 18 times.
