Reaching out to the world from a basement studio/gym in @PCSPnl. @mikeporterspins has students in 55 countries. Today I’ll jump on a bike for a spin. That story coming up at 7:50 on the @sjmorningshow. @Krissy_Holmes @CBCNL

Tune in to @CBCNL Radio One with @Fred_Hutton and Krissy Home tomorrow morning for the St. John’s Morning Show. Fred paid a visit to the studio to be put through the paces and learn about my online Spin classes. #indoorcycling #spinclass #ondemandfitness #anybikeanyplaceanytime

@MLBTV If I am in Canada how many Jays games will be blacked out if I were to buy the one team package. Numerous emails have come back not answering the question.

@HeatherScavetta @ClueHeywood In all seriousness there are so many other bikes, half the cost or less, that are way better. It’s all marketing.

@ClueHeywood I don’t have a Peleton bike and I don’t live in NY or LA. I live in Portugal Cove, Newfoundland, Canada.(I’m sure you’ve heard of it) My online spin classes are as good or better than Peleton, and I’m just a short, bald guy with no ego. positiveedge.ca

Looking for a good exercise bike without unnecessarily breaking the bank? Let me help you cut through the confusion. If you spend over $2000 on a home bike, you are wasting your money. #spinathome #ondemandspinning

Every #Spinning class should be efficient, intense, positive, challenging. Every movement and drill should have a purpose. Wondering why you are doing something in class(like a push-up) and wonder what the point is? Ask the instructor. If he or she can’t answer, run.

A great Spin class will teach you to take on physical and mental challenges in the bike, learn from them and use them in your every day life. And that is my focus in every single class.

@2002Boyer @ArleneDickinson Good luck with your new bike and if you want to try one of my classes or see what me and my brand are about, have a look at the brand video on the front page. A comparison of class quality would be good:)
