Abuse is a learned behavior and it is ALWAYS a choice. Abusers use violence for one reason: to control their partner. Everything else is just an excuse to justify their behavior.
70% of teens would go to a friend for help rather than an adult or hotline. Are we giving teens all the tools they need to be there for their friend when they need them?
