@AskFrontier @AskFrontier @AkoredeRichard I’ve tried on the app, I’ve tried calling, and I’ve even tried texting.. but if you want to waste your Techs times when they could be helping people who need help, kinda like i needed help for a week. Can’t wait for them to show…

I can’t make this up, I switched service to spectrum and I’m trying to return @AskFrontier equipment, and they can’t even get that right.

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Down since Saturday in Tampa. Two tech no-shows (Monday + Wednesday). I took PTO both days to be home. On Wednesday agents confirmed an 8–12 window, then canceled it, then a supervisor said a tech was almost at my house. Chat later promised same-day priority dispatch and said a tech would arrive any time that night. No one came. App showed no outage the entire time. My wife works from home and lost hours. Switched to Spectrum. Ticket FT27720526.

@AkoredeRichard Wow, I had no idea my issues was so widespread around the country… what makes the situation worse is how hard it is to get someone competent on the phone and some honesty with the online agents.

@PROBEAR_PTA This wasn’t user error or a tree. Two scheduled tech visits, both no-shows. Agents told me a tech was almost at my house and later that one was arriving any time that night. No one came. App showed no outage. I have the screenshots. I’ve already switched.

@imhagar7657 @AskFrontier @Verizon Don’t hold your breathe, I’m on day 6 and they had 2 no shows this week!

To be clear: service was down for 6 days. Two technician no-shows. I took PTO both days. Agents confirmed an 8–12 window, then said no tech was coming, then that one was almost at my house, then that Priority Dispatch was sending someone any time that night. No one came. The app showed no outage the entire time. I received a “sorry we missed you” email while I was home and on the phone with support; they said it was auto-generated. My wife works from home and lost DAYS. I have already canceled and switched to Spectrum. There is no appointment left. Your team is still referencing tickets and techs en route on an account that no longer has service. I am escalating this outside of Frontier. Screenshots of the chat are available for anyone to review. Please share!

Your team is still referencing appointments and telling me I’ll be updated when a tech is en route. I already canceled and switched to Spectrum. There is no appointment. The app showed no outage the whole time, agents still promised someone was almost here and later arriving any time that night, and I got a “sorry we missed you” email while I was home and on the phone with support. No one has addressed the PTO I used or the hours my wife lost.

@AskFrontier Your responses in the DM… reading ticket notes which are incorrect.

The outage was never showing on your app or website. Agents still told me a tech would arrive in the 8–12 window, then that one was almost at my house, then that Priority Dispatch was sending someone any time that night. No one came. Two no-shows, two PTO days, wife lost work hours. “Earliest appointment” after that is not a resolution. (Which is 2 days later, so you’re perfectly fine with my family losing income) Screenshots are in the post.

Here’s their tech support telling me they are almost at my house , at almost 7pm. Just to find out it was a lie, they don’t have the ability to see or know that, which was verified by the next level supervisor, and after all that, still no service and $26 credit is what they offer me…

@AskFrontier Never received a DM… Down since Saturday. Two no-shows. Told a tech was almost here, then moved to Friday. Chat promised same-day dispatch, then closed… I’m done with #frontier moving to @GetSpectrum !

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp 6 days, no internet. Ticket FT27720526. No-show Monday. Took off work today for an 8–12 window. After 10:30, still no tech. Wife works from home and is losing income. Your site says no outage. Dispatch someone or say you aren’t coming.
