Yet another invitational today reportedly did not have a course marshal at their post at a critical juncture, causing nearly every runner to race 1/4-mile to 3/4-mile longer. Another source said this happened in more than one race at the meet. #Terrible

Mira Costa was also the top California Girls XC team tonight at NIKE Portland XC, taking 5th in the featured race, won by Heritage of Colorado. Clovis North was 10th and Tesoro (still without injured Mackenzie Forrest) took 11th. Tesoro's Amber Dazey (15th) was top CA finisher!
