There is no armor like perseverance -Sogyal Rinpoche 16 miler was a mess 😄1st half was ok but 2nd half was physically and mentally a mess. The complaining is easy but I didn’t give up & did what I needed to finish. It’s ok to pat yourself on the back for persevering.
