After 30mins of waiting outside letchworth @Specsavers I've finally been seen. Ridiculous. And you wonder why I haven't booked an appointment for over 3 years... awful service. Now in the waiting area to actually be seen my an optician.

Waiting outside in the scorching sun for my @Specsavers appointment for 20minutes now in letchworth. No apology or been seen by any of the staff. No one is answering their calls either.. never coming here again. Very disappointed.
