@WillBiddy_ To me $ADBE as 2nd biggest position is a risky one, you could find better risk/reward in the market..like $ICE for example

The Most Profitable Companies by Net Income Margin! 📊 Some businesses turn an incredible percentage of revenue into bottom-line profits. Here are 11 companies with impressive net profit margins, ranked from highest to lowest: 💾 $MU Micron — 69.5% 🟢 $NVDA NVIDIA — 62.0% 📈 $CME CME Group — 58.8% 💳 $V Visa — 48.3% 💳 $MA Mastercard — 47.3% 🔴 $AVGO Broadcom — 44.2% 📊 $MCO Moody’s — 39.9% 💻 $MSFT Microsoft — 39.7% 🌐 $MSCI MSCI — 39.4% 🏦 $ICE Intercontinental Exchange — 35.5% 📉 $SPGI S&P Global — 29.4%

We are witnessing a historic shift. The annual spread between the S&P 500's earnings yield and the 10Y Note yield is down to -1.5 percentage points, its lowest since 2009. Since 2022, this yield difference has fallen -440 basis points, its largest 5-year decline since the 1970s. As a result, the S&P 500's equity risk premium is on track to post its 3rd consecutive negative annual reading, the longest streak since 2002. This suggests that, on a yield basis, theoretically less risky 10Y Treasuries are now more attractive than the S&P 500. In other words, investors are receiving a higher yield from Treasuries than from the S&P 500, despite the additional risk of owning stocks. Historically, a negative equity risk premium has been associated with strong risk appetite and stretched equity valuations. We expect an eventful Q4 ahead.

@FabrizioRomano Quali sarebbero le cifre ipotizzate?

@guglielm87 Ciao Guglielmo, viene per la primavera giusto?

@WillBiddy_ Interesting business but i would change some estimates imho. 3% FCF yield at the exit considering it'll be a bigger company with less room for growth it's not safe. I would go for a 4% at least but probably a 12%+ CAGR return at current price.

@AbcpokerBI Ok but they state every quarter that the target is to grow in line with the industry. How will they reach that target? At this stage nobody knows how..i agree but for a quality business like this i expect more improvements

Chris Hohn runs the most concentrated elite portfolio in the world. Look at what's inside: GE Aerospace, Safran, Airbus, Moody's, S&P Global, Visa. And two railroads: Canadian Pacific Kansas City and Canadian National. The world's best investor holds both Canadian rails and neither American one. Aerospace, ratings, payments, rails. Four industries, one property: nobody can enter, and nobody can leave. Hohn doesn't buy stocks. He buys locked doors.

@ahern_brendan @EquityBrian @AlibabaGroup The problem here is not the value or the target price but the opportunity cost that is lasting since 2021/2022..I’m a long term shareholder, reduced at 170 but still holding a good % of my pf.

@Alexand93085679 To me, once the BB is finished, they should take another 1.5/2B debt that they can easy refound in 1.5 year if they wanna give the maximum return to shareholders. At these prices its a present!

@NotA_Bull Totally $V duopoly with reduced downside

This is my favorite chart from last year ⬇️ In a nutshell, clearly not all "Quality" is created equal. Since 1985, the "most alpha" has been found in two places: ✅ Capital Efficiency: ROIC, ROE & ROA ✅ Solvency: Interest & Debt Coverage Buying "High Gross Margin" sounds sexy, but the market rewards those who actually generate returns on their capital.

@BrianTycangco Finally! I was really worried about it, this delay was killing me. 60% of pf between Tencent and Alibaba 🔥

One of the more interesting things about $FICO is that, as long-term shareholders, a lower short-term stock price can be beneficial in the long-run. How? Because $FICO is a cannibal. Shares outstanding down ~22% over the last 10 years. In the last 12 months alone, $FICO spent ~$1.54B on buybacks. That reduced share count by roughly 0.16M shares (160K). Now let’s look at why price matters: Assume $FICO allocates another $1.54B to repurchases. ___ 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐀: Market cap = $31.65B $1.54B / $31.65B ≈ 4.86% of the company → 𝟓.𝟏𝟏% 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐏𝐒 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐁: Market cap = ~$47.47B $1.54B / $47.47B ≈ 3.24% of the company → 𝟑.𝟑𝟒% 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐏𝐒 ___ Same dollars. @StockBookworm Thanks for the explanations! I understand it, i've recently rebalance my portfolio too, trimming 1/3 of my Alibaba shares, scooped between the 85s to 95s and starting a 20% position in $MA. I'm also waiting a good entry point for $FICO to switch into best quality stocks.
