@rasenburst @ssiptruk_ @gusherssteak7 you only unlock Victini’s research in Go after you complete the ones for Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi

@Clone394 @PRahner @Light_88_ the Johto starters are an absolute pain with the GameCube though. only 1 of the 3 obtained per Emerald save file and only if you complete the Hoenn pokédex. if Home enables save to save transfer it’ll be a bit easier but you’ll still need a living Dex

@Clone394 @PRahner @Light_88_ Missrevaus is in Lost Cave on the Sevii Islands in LeafGreen. the only pokemon not on the GBA normally are Lugia, Ho-Oh (which are in the FRLG ports) and the mythicals. FRLG ports have Deoxys and soon Celebi. Mew is in an event in emerald, and Jirachi for Hoenn dex (probably)

@dzzy_tv @notshade i can only see this being a possible argument if they rerelease every gen 1-7 game on the Switch in the next 6 months or soon thereafter. otherwise there’s still a ton being cut off. and either way it would suck to have to buy games we already own and not play physical copies

@rasenburst @gusherssteak7 you can get Victini for free in Go but you have to complete 4 very long researches that would take months for a casual player starting from a new account. Celebi is the same way. like yeah it’s possible, but requires a ton of effort in a spinoff game that has its own problems

@AzulCrescent it really sucks that people responded that way! For what it’s worth, I’ve loved this story for years and you should create it how you want the story to go. I’ll definitely be reading it! But also, take as much time as you need to get over this block. I believe in you’
