@pgv86 You can forget getting it bac regardless. They wouldn't be just giving the regs to the motor insurance bureau if you could. They are all being written off as far as I know. Same as our car on level 1

@GrandUnionHG is there an email for the rents team please. My rent for this year has been miscalculated as you have used a different amount for the surplus than I have in a letter. I emailed the help address no response and currently been on hold for over 1 hour. Please help asap

@GrandUnionHG OK thank you, and this will cover shared owners as well as full social rent?

@GrandUnionHG I was wondering if you were planning on capping the rent rise next year for shared ownership? The RPI in September was 12.6% and then you normally add more on top. It's going to become unfeasible for people to afford such high rises.

@cineworld Can you explain what you mean by that? If you end up restructuring some cinemas will close surely?

@AvivaUK I'm trying to pay for my car insurance and as soon as I go to pay it asks me to log in. I enter my details and it goes to 'an error that you cannot recover from' Is your site down?

@cineworld @umar_m786 Hi, can you look before you send a copy and paste response please. My friend booked for us to watch it in mk and now there's no showings of the film at the cinema this week or next. So is this an error or have you pulled it

@HelpAtGeorge I was told a toaster I ordered which was faulty would be collected from me on Saturday, so far no one has turned up. I'm not always going to be in so can this be looked into or can you send me a qr code for a free parcel return please?

@Hermesparcels do you not send out notifications before delivering and collecting anymore? I've had 2 parcels with no tracking number and just them turning up. I have a collection booked tomorrow through asda and I'm wondering if I'll get a time slot?

@DunelmUK can you please tell me if the naomi 105mm bulb will be coming back into stock soon? I got 2 from Bedford but i need 3 more. I ordered from Stevenage and Dunstable on click and collect but both orders were then cancelled due to not actually having stock
