The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is this… 🎯 How people treat you is a reflection of how they feel about themselves This was a hard one to grasp but now makes so much sense! I’m curious, what’s the best advice you've been given? Rachelle x

Everyone experiences moments of low self-belief but continuos disbelief of your abilities, your knowledge, the importance of your successes is not to be endured. You can set yourself free from any limiting beliefs you are experiencing if you want to.

Take 5 deep breathes and connect with your 'Self' and ask 'What is stopping me from achieving what I want?' REFRAME the stories you believe to be true. The negative and critical self talk you experience should not be in control of you.

@HayleyMulenda I could go on about this at length as there are so many intricacies to this and it complex at various intersections of our being. Moral of the tweet - Life your life for you cause it’s no one else’s business so make sure you mind it❤️

@HayleyMulenda So then talking and sharing their opinion is nothing to do with me (really) it is through there lens. I strongly believe people can only meet you where they have met themselves. If you work on you for you - you will not be steered wrong. Focus on YOUR vision💫
