@Acceberrolyat @PressSec @POTUS That’s not how that works. If someone is going to be disirptive by yelling and insulting someone else, that doesn’t remain the person being yelled at is a disruption just simply for being there. The fault of disruption is on the one actively causing a scene, aka disrupting.
