@Prominent_Bryan Do you have kids? I have two in elementary school and I can’t think of how giving out letter grades changes anything? The current system gives plenty of information so I know where my kids are at.

@JosephVDonnelly @Dallas_Brodie @One_BCHQ @alissagolob How many elective third trimester abortions occurred in BC last year?

@Prominent_Bryan This is completely feasible. Under the new structure I was only paying about $450 a month for my pre school aged kid who is the same age as his second kid. I know Vancouver daycare tends to be more expensive but $650 per month could make sense to me.

Like Katy, I’m a survivor of sexual violence. As a lawyer, and in my capacity as an MLA I worked on a lot of sexual violence cases, and read many distressing reports, this one in particular. Like her, I was angry. But anger doesn’t excuse what is clearly a racial, white nationalist response. Her culture/religion/race isn’t better than anyone else’s. No ones is superior. In addition she called Mayor Mamdani a “jihad loving mayor” cheered to “defend white western civilization”, “Islam is a rape culture”. Islam is a religion practiced by billions of people all over the world, the vast majority of them peaceful. But the peroxide blonde archetype that’s very proud of their distant British heritage and can’t wait to shit on other cultures is a very common archetype in conservative circles right now. And it’s not the kind of people we want running the premier’s office in this province built on diversity. When the BC Conservatives tell you who they are, believe them.

Katy - trauma and violence can impact us in so many ways. I'm the first to recognize that. But two days later you reposted someone saying "Islam is a literal rape culture" and just last month you reposted "New Yorkers got a jihad-loving mayor." These posts are all still up.

As a woman and a rape survivor, I was brought to tears reading the horrific accounts of the UK grooming gang scandals. Young girls were subjected to unimaginable sexual abuse, while authorities at multiple levels failed to protect them. I was heartbroken, horrified, and angry. I

@shawnmyr @mattjdh You do know you only pay 53.5% on income over $265,000 in BC - you understand that right? Just wanting to make sure we are using the same facts.

@shawnmyr @mattjdh This is a graph showing how much provincial tax you would pay in each province at $250,000 income. Showing that BC is close to the bottom. If you have a different amount you are free to show me.

@brodieguy @iamrobinskies Where? The thing is people don’t understand marginal tax rates and at most tax brackets BC would still be one of the lowest taxes in Canada.

@shawnmyr @mattjdh Because it’s marginal tax rates so it isn’t as simple as just %. You need to look at the tax brackets. For example in Manitoba they start taxing 17.4% at 100,000 but in BC it’s only about 10.5% at that bracket and then gradually goes up in diff brackets. Redo the math please

Names three Jewish people. Says they are anti-semites based on them being lefties. News to me. Same guy has many tweets touting the greatness of the BC Conservative spokesperson who is well known for a picture of him doing a White Nationalist symbol.

Avi Lewis is married to Naoimi Klein who is the sister of Seth Klein who is married to NDP MLA Christine Boyle. It's like a far left freaky version of all in the family. And as we've seen from pictures of David Eby and Sarah Jama, this is the Premier's social circle. In case
