This team is beyond disappointing. Choke artists at best. Someone needs to go a Sargeant Hartman from Full Metal Jacket on this team. This team doesn't deserve the division nor the playoffs. I have investigated this for a while now, and that inference is illogical. For one, the accusation(s) brought upon Thomas and Moon Studios were (in my opinion) out of context and poorly framed on the part of the writers, and are an entirely separate conversation we can have in DMs if you'd like. I honestly don't know what the accusations have to do with your original point, unless you want to elaborate, but I'll leave it at that. Secondly, Thomas wrote the story to BF himself, which he has expressed multiple times throughout the past 10 years via articles AND his own X posts (which I can show you if you'd like). Yes - there are "additional writers," but Thomas has made it clear that he wrote the story himself. WOTW has additional writers, and nobody was fired. Don't know where that's coming from.... Third, I can argue that the ending to WOTW is hinted at throughout the entire game and different aspects of the game. WOTW taught me to look DEEPER, beyond the surface. I didn't notice these things right off the bat - it took a few playthroughs. I could go on for days about how the ending was hinted at through different aspects of the game, even directly before it happens. If you'd like to see my thoughts on that, I can make a thread on it and we can debate that at another point. Plus, most official critic reviews praised the ending. It's mainly the player-base that trashed it, which, again, is fine (nothing wrong with not liking something) - because you're entitled to your opinion like I am with mine. My issue is with HOW you're going about it and dumping an unnecessary amount of hate on one individual for one moment in the game and other irrelevant things. That comes off as petty and emotional rather than logical. No need to be hostile over it. I just want civil dialogue. You're more than welcome to engage in CIVIL discourse and disagree with anything - I just ask that you do it respectfully and do it RIGHT. So, please, let's be civil here. I value your art and passion for Ori.

I just love comments like: "How dare your game isn't running at 60fps on Xbox Series S yet when GTA VI will run on it?!?!" 1) We don't know yet how well that thing will run. 2) Well, gee, I don't know, MAYBE it's because Rockstar literally just spent over a billion dollars and had THOUSANDS of people working on it for over a decade now? And it's glorious how it's always the people that have absolutely no technical understanding that are always the loudest. Pure fanboyism. But sure, the 6 year old machine that cost $299 at launch and literally has half the RAM that even a Steam Deck has ought to run all the newest games at perfect performance, makes sense. It's not like other devs haven't been struggling with this thing for a long time now. It's incredibly difficult to support these potato machines and none of your fanboyism will make that statement any less true.

The only gaming console I grew up with that used those kinds of cartridges was the Nintendo 64, which was hands down my favorite as a kid. Random thing: Imagine an all-in-one gaming system that can play both digital and physical games, as well as cartridges from older systems such as old Nintendo gaming consoles, Sega, and Atari.

Proof that streaming is trying to kill cinema. Movie theatres are essential to the arts. Without them, Hollywood will slowly die faster than it already is (for other various reasons). If they want to avoid it, then keeping cinema (along with film) alive is the only way to do so. If streaming kills off cinema, it'll only get worse from here. Mark my words. Prove me wrong.

Yes, but it's not that simple. Just because it can run on Steam Deck does not simply mean it can run on anything else the same way. Different consoles utilize memory differently, and since this game operates differently, it's not going to run the same. Just because something has less memory doesn't mean that it should run on another system the same. There's more to it and you're oversimplifying it.

This has been proven false multiple times my guy. He's said multiple times that they have a good relationship with MS and have also been allowed to make a TON or Ori refs in NRFTW. So, how does your logic stand through scrutiny or are we just being an internet troll? Phil Spencer (before his retirement) has even had discussions with Thomas on many things.
