It’s important to remember what’s currently at stake for the Democrats right now. Over the last 100 years, the party NOT controlling the White House has GAINED seats in the U.S. House of Representatives in 88% of midterm elections – meaning, history is overwhelmingly on the Democrats’ side heading into the 2026 elections, with the burden falling on Republicans to defy a century’s worth of political precedent. At the same time, the Democrats suffered crippling political defeats in both 2022 and 2024, meaning that if they can’t secure a victory in 2026, they’ll be forced to go without the taste of victory for nearly a decade – obviously, a very harsh indictment of their borderline-communist political platform. What’s more, if Republicans can manage to retain control of the White House following the 2028 presidential election, they’ll have unilateral control over how the decennial census is conducted in 2030 – allowing them to remove illegal aliens and non-citizens from the formula used to allocate seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and votes in the Electoral College. If this happens, the Democrats are expected to lose 12 seats in the House and 12 votes in the Electoral College, effectively boxing them out of both the White House and the House of Representatives. Simply put, if the Democrats fail to pull off a victory in 2026 and vindicate their current platform, we can expect to see a massive restructuring of the entire Democratic Party – perhaps even the death of the party altogether.
