@Ask_Spectrum I am in need of assistance... as do your other customers in Anderson SC.

@Ask_Spectrum noted many times yesterday- "Service will be restored in your area by X" but it kept pushing out. Now, zero updates, zero ET on restoration, and the chat is useless. Why no transparency? Oh, but I got my payment reminder today w/o fail. #spectrum #spectrumoutage

...it is still broken as of today, and @MedicareGov doesn't seem bothered by all the concerns being expressed against @humana for constantly denying claims for patients who need the recommended care. Stroke patient being denied in-house rehabilitation is shameful.

#humanainsurance #Medicare #Healthcare #unacceptable #bad Making sure @Humana has the opportunity to respond to why a stroke patient has been denied necessary rehabilitation services, and now patient waits another 72 hrs to review a family appeal.

@Humana @medicarerights @CMAorg What is a further recourse to further expedite an appeal or grievance with @Humana for a stroke patient who absolutely needs the rehabilitation that was recommended by her doctors and hospital team? #needanswers

@MedicareGov @LindseyGrahamSC @wyffnews4 Perhaps @Humana should explain to other Humana subscribers why a stroke victim is being denied rehabilitation / therapy, and has wasted 3 days and now wants another 72 hours to review a claim for needed/coverable services. How is this ok?

@Humana per your Mission Statement, please explain to the general public why recommendations obviously needed/covered are being constantly denied for your subscribers? Where is the defined criteria for these decisions along w/ the medical credentials of those denying the claims?

@Humana @Humana can you at least have your 'concerned' bot to ask a grammatically correct question? 'We're hear...' makes no sense.

Why, @Humana ? Aren't you supposed to care for your subscribers?

Dealing with an insurance company on coordination of benefits errors is a very special hell. Medicare in the mix makes it especially hellish. Two months, countless hours, numerous phone reps, multiple forms and inconsistent info. Ditch Advantage. @Humana
