@VotedMe@BrianAtlas It's obvious based on your response you have an "I don't need no man" feminist mentality. You're out of order with The Holy Bible. That's why you're a threat to men. Nontraditional rebellious women cannot PEACEFULLY enter a man's life and remain with a man. Have a good day.
That's why you need a relationship agreement. a relationship agreement is necessary, and scares away men and women with bad intentions. if people had some basic things in a relationship agreement, then divorce/relationship fears would disappear:
-waiving or heavily restricting the right to divorce/terminate the relationship (i.e. adultery)
-require the man and woman to live together (eliminates alimony/child support/custody concerns)
-both parties agree sex is on demand, waive any criminal and civil liability regarding sex in the relationship
-no yelling in the home
-no arguing in front of kids
-no insulting the other parent in front of kids
-establish separation of wealth and waive any claim over the other's earned wealth.
-establish a code of conduct that promotes peace and decency in the home.

Well that's not quite the same thing. For example, men or women can both have sex whether they say their single or not. What I'm saying is that roughly 95% of men and women are not virgins prior to marriage. Do you have the link or article name? I wouldn't mind reading the article.
Modern Christian Churches have no practical answers to stop common relationship problems/fears today because they have embraced worldly cultures and often don't get involved with community matters. I'd use a multi-layered strategy to address the relationship concerns:
1) First, I would stay out of the government marriage system and instead get married only as per "the laws of nature and nature's God", aka biblical law. Government caused ALL of the issues in relationships. It's useless to ask the problem creator to fix the issues especially when they make billions of dollars a year via their courts by destroying American families.
2) Second, a relationship agreement is necessary, and scares away many bad actors among men and women with bad intentions. if people had some basic things in a relationship agreement, then divorce/relationship fears would disappear:
-waiving or heavily restricting the right to divorce/terminate the relationship (i.e. adultery)
-require the man and woman to live together (eliminates alimony/child support/custody concerns)
-both parties agree sex is on demand, waive any criminal and civil liability regarding sex in the relationship
-no yelling in the home
-no arguing in front of kids
-no insulting the other parent in front of kids
-establish separation of wealth and waive any claim over the other's earned wealth.
-establish a code of conduct that promotes peace and decency in the home.
Note: Biblical law is a lawful code of conduct that functions as the nations official public policy considering Article 7 of the US Constitution is very clear that Jesus Christ is "our Lord" in America and Biblical law is the official legal justification for the nation's existence according to the Declaration of Independence and MANY other pieces of law.
3) use private arbitration only via Christian arbiters to address any disputes that arise or are concerning the relationship agreement. Ensure both parties waive the right to litigation in the courts for this relationship agreement except to enforce the ruling of the arbiters. Ensure a contractual penalty exists in the relationship agreement if either party tries to violate the restriction of court litigation for this agreement.
4) using a far more intentional and formal spousal pursuit model like OLD SCHOOL matchmaking like Isacc and Rebecca had in Genesis, which is basically a marriage interview. ensure there is legally binding code of conduct to facilitate and protect the process. Severe contractual penalties must exist for all matchmaking participants in order to effectively stop and deter bad behavior. This will scare away the bad actors.
So, a strict, judgmental matchmaker will be necessary, not some anything goes hippie, in order to hold BOTH men and WOMEN accountable. The process should ensure the man does not waste any form of his strength on a woman such as his wealth, muscular strength, expertise, knowledge, status, reputation, fame, or time. The process should ensure that a woman does not waste her time, fertility, chastity, beauty, and mental stability on a man prior to marriage.
Note: My ideas are preventive in nature and are not discussing possibilities after a relationship ends.

This kind of man is not even abiding by historical codes of conduct by marrying all the women he has. It's just short flings, which is a problem. This rampant whoredom from men and women will need to be criminalized, stigmatized, or penalized in some way by society to stop it. People like this are not impressive and would have been entirely shunned or removed from society in the past.
@JesseKellyDC The amount of women who are wife material is in the single digits percentage. Way too much propaganda against having a family, supporting whoredom, and supporting crazy ideologies has been embraced by these women today. They're very selfish and delusional too in most cases.
Don't think that's feasible for the masses although it could work for a few. Inflation is terrible and the standards of the women is higher than ever before. Plus, most men simply are not in the circles of these young women you're talking about. They are from small tight knit communities that have sheltered them from the masses which is often why they're better than most women.
You nailed it sir. Anyone walking into this current era with a plan from the 50s is like a sheep among wolves, easy prey. You have got to be shrewd and wise at selecting one with potential and weeding them out effectively are key. I plan to use a relationship agreement with some basic things to help filter.

@GirlCalledElsa@honorablesaint Disingenuous response detected. Activating troll mode. Transform!!!! Transformation complete. Hi sweetie 😀. have a good day.
You are correct sir. I've been screaming that from the mountain tops the whole time. It clearly shows you what their value system is. For example, my relationship agreement literally establishes the biblical model and procedures for marriage. If she claims to be a Christian but doesn't like the biblical model, then that's a very clear red flag lol
@vikku60879 booo! DBZ way too low lol. Curious if you saw the Bruce Falconer version of DBZ or some other version. Bruce Falconer version is hands down best version of DBZ. Feel bad most people who didn't originally watch on Toonami or the old dvds will never see the best version of DBZ.

Welp, you elaborated as requested lol. Seems like a good faith discussion so far so we can talk. It seems like your response may have a few different topics in addition to your initial statement that "marriage isn't a business" though.
I understand your points about previous legal precedent around the topic of marriage. There is form of law that you didn't account for in the discussion, which could possibly change your mind on what I've been discussing about the contract strategy: "the laws of Nature and Nature's God", aka Natural law, aka Biblical law.
This is a very real form of law as the official legal justification for the founding of the USA in the Declaration of Independence, and it supersedes all other forms of law. As a nation we gone to war multiple times to uphold natural law and the unalienable God-given rights endowed to all men by their creator: American Revolution, War of 1812, Civil War, WW2.
Keep in mind as we discuss Natural Law, aka Biblical law, we have to go strictly off The Holy Bible which is the source of the Natural law as per the authors of the Declaration of Independence, Article 7 of the US Constitution's recognition that Jesus is "our Lord", and all state constitutions which existed in that founding era.
Don't put too much emphasis on the actions of people, including the religious community since they did not create "the laws of Nature and Nature's God". You must go straight to the text of the law to understand it.
With that context out of the way, let's begin lol.
Marriage was created long before any government of man or religious communities existed going back to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (Genesis chapters 1 through 3). God personally created the institution of marriage along with the design and procedures for it. God left it entirely up to the individuals who they would marry from that point on as long as they did not attempt any sinful unions. The people were never required to go through governments of man and religious leaders to form marriages at any point in the Bible. The formation of marriage always remained in the hands of individuals. Governments and religious leaders were permitted by God to enforce the ban of sinful unions and sexual activity though (Leviticus chapter 18).
Now lets cover how individuals formed their marriages per Biblical law. In the Bible, marriages were often arranged via some sort of agreement or transaction. Often times, these transactions were monetary transaction and established terms.
Example 1: "And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter." - Genesis 29:18
Example 2: "And now if ye will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me: and if not, tell me; that I may turn to the right hand, or to the left. Then Laban and Bethuel answered and said, The thing proceedeth from the Lord: we cannot speak unto thee bad or good. Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master's son's wife, as the Lord hath spoken. And it came to pass, that, when Abraham's servant heard their words, he worshipped the Lord, bowing himself to the earth. And the servant brought forth jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment, and gave them to Rebekah: he gave also to her brother and to her mother precious things." - Genesis 24:49-53
Example 3: "If thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee." - Genesis 31:50
Example 4: "Wherefore David arose and went, he and his men, and slew of the Philistines two hundred men; and David brought their foreskins, and they gave them in full tale to the king, that he might be the king's son in law. And Saul gave him Michal his daughter to wife." - 1 Samuel 18:27
As you can see in the examples, the individuals are setting terms for their marriages and exchanging wealth. It's a highly transactional process while emotions/love were not the determinant factor the individuals used, although emotional love could have been a lesser contributing factor in the marriage arrangement. Honestly, it's still transactional today and plenty of men are saying they're not getting a good marriage deal hence the sharp increase in unmarried men.
Hopefully, this provides a bit more understanding of Natural law, aka Biblical law, and the legal framework I'm working under. The process I talk about with relationship agreements is lawful as per the laws of nature and nature's God, which allows verbal or documented agreements/covenants.
@MountainMcRae@RyanBtheSheezy your THEORY is incorrect and that's not the point of that chapter. In fact, it says the opposite. Present me with exact text from scripture anywhere in the Bible clearly showing sex within the confines of marriage is bad in any capacity.
