Things going wrong/breaking is part of life. There is no problem there. It's all about how people and companies deal with these issues that matters. We've learned that in the case of Samsung if you get a 1700 euro phone with a dodgy battery, you're SOL.

I only briefly logged back into this complete pos because it was the only way to contact a company. Now somehow my account is locked and the captcha thing they want me to do is straight up impossible for legally blind people, but there is no audio alt option. Not ADA compliant.

No I'm not back to this bloody trashfire platform. I'm frankly amazed my account wasn't auto deleted for inactivity. I only attempted to log back in because it was the only bloody way to try and ocntact a company.

I resent in oh so many ways that I had to temp turn this account back on because this is more or less the only way you can reach M$ as a company. (Raging at some poor min wage worker in a call center is bloody pointless, just don't do that.)
