Plenty of replies, but nobody has given an actual total estimate yet. 😅 Forget “it depends” for a moment—what would be your realistic ballpark figure for producing all the art and animation for a game like this?

Honest question: If two games were equally fun, creative, and polished—but one was made with AI tools—would you refuse to play it? If the answer is yes, you’re judging the tool. If the answer is no, then quality was always the real issue. What do you think?
No, it doesn’t change anything. You had the vision, made the creative decisions, tested countless iterations, refined the gameplay, and turned an idea you carried for years into a real game. AI was the tool that helped you get there—the work and the game are still yours. Keep building.

He did attack the creator of that game in his post, and I found it incredibly disrespectful. If you don’t like something, that’s fine—but other people are still free to create however they choose. You came under my post claiming that all I do is complain about artists, which simply isn’t true. I’m pointing out how quickly some artists become hostile when they see someone creating with AI. You also used unnecessarily aggressive language and spoke to me in a disrespectful way. You can disagree with me without resorting to insults.
"You didn’t make this, AI did” is the laziest criticism on X. By that logic, filmmakers didn’t make films—the cameras and software did. AI is a tool. The creator still had the idea, directed it, iterated on it, built the game and shipped it. What have you made besides this tweet?
