does anyone @WasteManagement understand customer service? I have had nothing but issues with them trying to add or change my service. They have a container shortage and cannot deliver, but keep charging for service they don't provide.

@freshfarmsusa are you still in business or did you exit the online fruit/meat business like @ZayconFresh did; leaving many of your customers with no product and no refund? Now we should believe that the @FruitTruckFresh experience will be any different? Not convinced.

I tell u, @Xfinity @comcastcares @comcast has got to be 1 of the most difficult companies to deal with. It won't b long and the competition will "adjust" ur perception of customer service. I just spent about 2.5 hours trying 2 lower my bill. $100/mo less now. #customerexperience

Thinking I am going to start my #OSCP soon from @offsectraining . Any tips or pointers from those whom have recently passed? Did you use their labs/vm setups, make your own or a combination? Any regrets or improvements you would make to your study plan?

If you think you have seen the worst support on a product, give @GoalZero a shot. I am sure they will amaze you. Tried troubleshooting an extremely simple and common setup to no avail and the person on the phone has to keep asking someone else for help. #fail

Heads up! Ubiquiti networks devices are being remotely exploited, via port 10001 discovery service. Results in loss of device management, also being used as a weak UDP DDoS amplification attack: 56 bytes in, 206 bytes out. #UBNT #Ubiquiti #IoTSecurity #DDoS
