@JustFoodForDogs My vet filled out the authorization form on august 27th. Still waiting to hear from someone in order to start ordering the Renal diet. I’ve emailed several times with no reply. I’ve called probably 10 times, but the phone just rings. Hello???

@petnetiosupport When I originally bought my first feeders, they would not connect. I called support and someone actually picked up, walked me thru troubleshooting and said they sent an update to the machine. After that, it worked great. Now nobody picks up.

@petnetiosupport No changes at all. My original feeders worked great until I turned them off for a while.

@Petnetio I have sent multiple emails and called. NOTHING. I have 2 feeders that will not connect to wifi. Please call me back. I have replied to Josh Bullock’s lame support email with my keycodes in order to have the units replaced. No response. I’ve DM’d @Petnetiosupport.

@petnetiosupport this is ridiculous. Multiple emails to support. Several DM thru Twitter. Nothing. No response. I have 2 total useless expensive feeders that need to be replaced.

@LiveKellyRyan That feeling of wanting to hug or squeeze the crap out of a cute animal is called the NOOSHES! My family made this term up when we were young kids. My blanket was called my Noosh. Its an overwhelming feeling of love that hurts just a little. ;)
